These are the macros, the big picture stuff. You can easily work out the details once you follow the structure. โฃ
โฃ
The first thing we do when launching a new business, product or service is research and it comes in the form of: โฃ

๐Ÿ”ตDo we know anyone whoโ€™s done this or something similar beforeโฃ?โฃ
โฃ
๐Ÿ”ตIf so, what went right? โฃ

๐Ÿ”ตWhat didnโ€™t?โฃ

๐Ÿ”ตIf not, what parts of the project are we confident about? โฃ

๐Ÿ”ตWhat parts of the projects are we less confident about?โฃ

๐Ÿ”ตWhat would give us more confidence? โฃ

Second, once we have all the information from the first phase, Iโ€™d want to plan. โฃ

โฃ
Thereโ€™s not much I can say about execution as itโ€™s mostly dictated by the QUESTIONS and PLANNING phases. โฃ
โฃ
However, the one thing that made a huge difference for us is the WWD and WDD with TOT90!โฃ
โฃ
โฃ
๐—ช๐—ช๐—— Wonderful Week Design and ๐—ช๐——๐—— Wonderful Day Design โฃare the process of planning the week and day respectively according to the ๐—ง๐—ข๐—ง๐Ÿต๐Ÿฌ. โฃ

๐—งhe ๐—ขne ๐—งhing is the non-negotiableโ€ฆ the task or tasks that must get done that week or day that if completed ensure progress on the project. โฃ

The 90 stands for at least ๐Ÿต๐Ÿฌ ๐—บ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜‚๐˜๐—ฒ๐˜€ of focused, uninterrupted work on such tasks each day. โฃ
โฃ
This helped me personally in prioritising and, simply put, keeping my focus where it matters because I find that when we deal with multiple stakeholders on multiple projects, ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฑ leaving behind the one thing (TOT) that would make the biggest difference.โฃ

This is the process we adopt when launching new projectsโ€ฆ It helped us win some of the awards in the picture too ๐Ÿ†. โฃ

I hope you find it helpful. โฃ
